Shipping & Returns Policy
All orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email unless stated otherwise. The current turn around time will always be made available at the top of the website in the announcement banner. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We DO combine multiple orders under most circumstances. Once your shipping label has been printed, we will refund any extra shipping overages paid.
Did you get a partial refund? This was because you paid more for shipping than we do! We do refund gross overages, as handling and packaging fees are included in the price of the product.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Domestic & International Orders: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All domestic orders $125+ receive free priority shipping.
Local Delivery & Pickup
We are located in Jasper, AL (35501). We do not currently have delivery options available, but we DO have local pickup options available. Please do not choose "local pickup" at checkout unless you intend to pick up your order. Orders who choose local pickup that require shipping will be canceled and refunded. Please review our local pickup policy below.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup! After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within the advertised turn around time. We will send you an email when your order is ready. When you receive this notification, please email us at email@example.com to schedule your pickup.
Our pickup hours are 12pm - 10pm Sunday through Thursday. We are able to accommodate if you are on an alternative schedule due to work. If these hours do not work for you, please let us know when scheduling the pickup and we will happily work with you.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. FSMF is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How Do I Check the Status of My Order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not allow cancelations, returns or exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Regarding lost or stolen packages - As of 1/1/2021, we will no longer play a part in the filing of claims due to a rise in scams. It will now be the customers responsibility to file a claim with USPS in the event of a lost or stolen package. All priority packages have a $100 insurance policy attached to the label. If your order is over $100 and you want to add additional insurance, please leave a note on your order and we will be able to do so. (You may be invoiced for additional shipping fees for extra insurance.) Claims can be filed by visiting USPS's website, or simply follow this link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
